But the 10% that actually works is revolutionary for small businesses: it automates repetitive tasks, accelerates content production, and gives you analytical capabilities that previously required a 5-person team. The key: knowing which tools to use, how to use them, and where AI is helpful versus where it's dangerous.
5 AI uses that save real time
1. Content drafts (saving: 5-8 hours/month). ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to generate first drafts of blog posts, social posts, emails, and product descriptions. Don't publish raw output — use it as a starting point and add your voice, experience, and real data.
